10 months out !!!

Well, it has been 10 months since I had this new least on life given to me. I went into this with all the information I could get and never dreamed that my body would have changed so much in these past 10 months. I had diabetes, high blood pressure , high chorlestrol and was taking 2 different medicines for my stomach. I now am drug free from all of these co-morbities and actually pretty healthy. I want to thank all the people who visit this site and have given so much information. Sharing is great. I started at 262 and wearing a very tight size 24 jeans I am now 129 and wearing size 6. I still do worry everyday about going back to the old me, I guess as long as I live I'll have this fear but I sure am glad to have had this chance. I hope everyone here has a Happy Holiday Season !!
