Wanted to share :)

Hi everyone, Well the bad vitamin episode that I had is behind me now. (crushed a vitamin and took it and got REAL sick). I have been struggling terrible with cravings. Just awful cravings! I finally was able to get to the vitamin shoppe to pick up my bottle of liquid vitamins and took some last night. Not to be graphic but I woke up this morning and my skin smelled like the vitamins!!! I scrubbed with pretty smelling body wash and afterwards I felt sooo much better. So far today I haven't had any sugar cravings at all!!! I guess the whole time I was lacking my liquid vitamin! BOY did not having it create havoc! Just wanted to share with you how great this vitamin is. Its just the vitamin shoppe brand (dont know if you have the vitamin shoppe around your areas...they have an online store I think)that they recommend for gastric bypass patients. They say its the best in the store for our type since we absorb differently and its packed full of the calcium citrate, and other forms and packed full of other goodies, I tell you I feel sooooo much better! Thank you God! whew! I sure hope the cravings are behind me now! I also stocked up on my Isopure protein drink. I dont know why, but nothing works as good for me as the isopure in a bottle drinks. I used the beneprotein and metroplex stuff but nothing makes me feel as good as those isopures. My tummy is just killing me today. You know the type of cramping and stuff that you need pepto bismol for!!! eeep! I am drinking my water today with a little bit of tea for taste and I think my body is just washing out alllll the bad stuff! I can't believe I let myself slip so badly! Hey Elizabeth, I've got Vitamin Shoppes by me - they have a good price on the Worldwide shakes. It's just plain old multi vitamin liquid? No special bells or whistles or formula name? Jen

I think so I think it just says liquid vitamin and its in a white bottle with black letters and is the vitamin shoppe brand. I will check when I get home and let you know for sure! It is wonderful. I mean it tastes nasty of course but it works great! Elizabeth M
