Very slow for me--1.5 lbs for the last month. My 9 month anniversary date is 12-18, so my goal is to have lost 82 Lbs by that date. I started at 229, and I am at 149. (that makes it 80# total). I am about 20 # from my goal of 129 lbs. Slow but moderately steady. Clothes fit well, energy is good, and I had a recent bout with gout? Not sure if related to surgery, but they say too high amount of uric acid? Terry

Hi Reenie! I'm so proud of you, I think 9 pounds is awesome. I've only lost a couple of pounds this last month, but I've lost 120 pounds since surgery. Wow! That's a whole person. A tiny person, but a person nonetheless. Big Hugs!!!! Connie

I was 215 day of surgery I weigh 135 now total loss of 80 pounds I've lost 3 pounds since Nov 5(after a 2 month stall) I would like to get to 120-125 really 125 so I have 10 more pounds to loose to get to goal. I keep losing the inches though which is great for me. I wear a size 6 and they are starting to get a little loose. Could fit in a 4 if I got rid of the belly flap. ~Nicole

I average a 6 lb loss monthly. I started at 268 lbs and I am currently at 184 lbs (this is after losing 5 lbs in one week and gaining 4 back- what the ....?) That makes it a loss of 84 lbs. and my 9 month anniversary is on the 25th. I hope to be at 180 by then to maintain the 6 lbs losing streak I have been on. I wish you all luck!!

Hello, fellow Marchers! I was 299 at surgery, and this morning the scale reads 210, so that means a total of 89 lbs for me. Last week I had a "medication malfunction" which knocked me back on my arse and had me doing a lot of sleeping, crying and feeling generally miserable. Since then, I've had to go back twice to radiology for a number of mammograms which, thankfully, turned up negative for cancer. I hadn't been to the gym since Thanksgiving but I went yesterday for the first time since then. I noticed that when I wasn't working out, I ate more. Not from hunger, but from a feeling of restlessness. Since going back yesterday, I am feeling in fine form again and not mindlessly snacking. I hope to join the Century Club by the end of this year, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed and trying to avoid temptation! HO HO HO! Rita 299/210/143

Had to add my loss (if you call it that!) to the list. Seems a lot of us are having the same problem. From November 12 to December 12 I have only lost 4 lbs!!! And that same 4 has 2 that just seem to want to stick. One pound up one day, down one the next, up two next day, down 3 the next. Has been going on all month. I know, I know- don't weigh myself daily. Usually I can ignore the fluctuations but I think this time I'm here to stay! My one ray of hope in this is that this weight, around 182, is a spot I was at for a long time in my overweight lifetime so maybe once my bod realizes we still need to drop, then it will kick into gear. (crossing my fingers lol) Kim 310/182/150?
