ANNIVERSARY MONTHLY WEIGH-INS
Hi all. If you feel so inclined, can you share with us what your weight loss was for this month (anniversary date to anniversary date)? We don't have to get specific about actually total loss figures since surgery (unless you want to), but I'm interested in really seeing the numbers of what we've lost this past month. This will really give us a clearer picture of what's going on for everyone in this tail-end of the honeymoon period. My anniversary date was yesterday, 9 months out on 12/8. I lost 9 lbs. this past month. How about you? Thanks. Maureen
On 3/9, the day of surgery, I weighed 266.
On 11/9, I weighed 169.
On 12/9, today, my nine month anniversary, I weigh 162.
I've lost 104 pounds overall, and in the last month my loss was 7 lbs. I'm pretty happy with that. I stepped up my gym time last month.
The month prior was less of a loss for me so anybody reading this, if this is your month to be off, don't get discouraged. I just think we go through phases.
This is, by more than 20 pounds, the lightest weight I can remember being in my whole life. It is great. I consider myself so fortunate to have been able to have the surgery. It's not a quick fix, it doesn't do it all on its own, but I don't think I could have done this without it.
Looking forward to the 150s,
Jen
266/162/150? 145?
9 mo nths will be on the 24th of this month and right now I am down 253 pounds. Started at 500 and now I am at 247, I am very happpy with that. Surgeon wants me to eat more to start to slow the weight loss, right now about 31 lbs a month for an average. also after tummy tuck would prob get about 15 to 20 lbs of skin so I need to slowly slow down the weight loss.
