is this normal?
Not trying to judge, but why eat the chips? We are all differant, but I try to avoid bread like the you wouldn't believe and chips are a no-no for me. If I do eat a sandwich, I usually only eat the botton half, or remove the good stuff and just eat it. Personally, I avoid the chips because they represent little to no protein and are useless carbs,calories and fat.
With that said, I do have to agree that I can eat more then I thought I would be able to. But I'm still losing, and I'm 40 pounds away from my goal, which puts me at a loss of 212 pounds. But for me it is funny, I eat a Lean Cusine and get throught half of it, and then a couple days later have the same meal and eat the whole thing.
