FEELING BETTER TODAY
...even though I gained from the emotional eating I've done these past two days. This journey continues to be a learning process. Today, I am grateful, so grateful to you and for having this Board to come to. I was doing better when I was posting my food log, so here goes for today - I commit to eating the following, and nothing else - just for today:
B = protein shake mixed with 60 cal. Lite&Fit yogurt (it's good!)
L = Lean Cuisine seaseme chicken frozen meal
D = Asian Chicken Sald
Will drink 70 oz. water; will exercise for full hour at lunch and end with a walk down to the water (Thames River) to reflect on all there is to be grateful for
GOAL FOR TODAY: Be very cognizant of reducing feelings of urgency and trying to be centered and calm, no matter how crazy things get
