So funny! I just posted the exact same thing on the main board!
Now I do live in Alaska and it is -20, but I'm freezing all the time - not only running to and from the car. I live in 2 layers of clothing all the time. I always wear long johns under my work clothes and that has seemed to help.
No more quick sugar coursing through our veins to keep us warm.
I'll take this over sweaty and fat anytime!

Oh no - no exaggeration....it's real! I feel the same exact way. We lost a layer of insulation and our hormones changed. I think it's normal for us to feel this way right now.
The other thing to look at as well is if you are running anemic or borderline, it can cause you to be cold. I found out I was anemic recently and upping my iron intake really helped keep the cold feeling at bay!
