Average Monthly Loss??????
I copied this from the post below. Thought it was a good question to ask all of us.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE MONTHY LOSS?
As we are all reaching our 8th and 9 month marks have you calcuated how much your average weight loss per month has been? Mine is almost 13 lbs per month. When have you ever done that? Isn't it great and to know that as long as you use this tool correctly it will not be gained back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My life is beginning to be more of a routine now. It is seldom that I run into someone new that has not seen me lately. But when I do, I am wondering why they are acting so funny and looking at me like they are as it is now just a regular part of my life.
I still have the mind to contend with as far as seeing myself fat and not picking out the right size clothes. I have to pay attn to the size on the label, not the look. Going to yard sales to find clothes has been an adventure that I am beginning to pull family in with me. (I usually find clothes for someone else too and go back with them.)
Good question.
Well according to my Fitday program I am losing somewhere around 10.76lb per month. I have been on the slower losing side due to my Hashimotoes thyroid issues and my PCOS. But I will take 10lbs that is a hell of a lot better than I have been able to do on my own in a very long time.

If I take my total lost and divide it by the number of months (which is my 9 month anniversary today) I am averaging 14.4. That is definately a great number to me. Of course the average would have been higher at 6 months out than 9 because it has slowed. Last month I lost 10 lbs. The stalls are longer and more often, but I am content and just keep plugging along doing what I know I am suppose to (MOST days ayways!!!!)
Keep your attitude up and your actions will follow along!!!

Tomorrow is my 9 month anniversary and my average is 10 pounds a month. Of course I'm like everyone else and in a serious slow down, which is only right this close to goal. I blew past my surgeon's goal 3 months ago of 160. I'm now at 142 and am just 2 pounds from his absolute minimum weight for me pre-reconstructive surgery. I wear an 8/10 and would be happy to stay at this size, except for the mass of loose flesh that hangs off my stomach floppying from hip bone to hip bone...I'm not about to take up jogging...afraid I give myself a black eye or whiplash!!!
I'm scheduled to see a PS in two weeks, we'll see what he says about waiting a while longer for reconstruction.
I still have troubles eating and now dump on even my "safe" foods from time to time. I'm just getting over another round of pneumonia, my lungs have a serious weakness for this since surgery. But it has still be worth it.
Happy thoughts,
