Hi , how's everybody ? I'm missing a lot of people of the marchers. I'm doing ok, but not loosing weight at all. Feeling sad because that but, keeping on track. Using size 18-20 clothings. It has been a long time since I didn't use this size. Hoping everybody the best Christmas to all of our Marchrs.

I had a plateau that lasted from September 14 until last week - now the scales are moving again. Just hang in there and do what you need to be doing and the scales will move again. I know its discouraging, but you can do it! I know for me the accountability thing is really important - maybe find an email buddy or someone who lives close to you to report your food and weight to so you are more accountable for your choices. That has helped me immensely! Good luck! -Sherrie

Hi Yvette, I only lost 2 pounds this month so I know how you feel. It is still a struggle. I was BAD yesterday, I binged, but today is a new day! A new day to get it right and continue on my journey to a new me! Hang in there and go back to the raw basics to kick start the loss again. I wish you all the best and nice hearing from you Elizabeth M

My weight loss has slowed dramatically this month as well. I'm in a size 18 as well, so I'm right there with you sister!!! Dina

I only lost 5 pounds in Oct. and NOTHING in Nov. I can eat more now , but I eat so much less than I used to before surgery. I weigh 169 and wear a size 12. I want to get down to 150 and maybe a size 10 , but if I can stay this size and not go back up I'll be happy. You have a good Christmas !! Judy
