Well I have finally uploaded a couple of photos.

If anyone would like to see... I have my before and after on there. I want to add more photos but am not sure how to go about doing that. Ah well. I guess I will just set up my website and link it for people to check all the other before and after pics I have

Oh Elizabeth - you just look wonderful! I am so happy you posted your before and after pics! And the funniest thing is that you are wearing a sweater that is very similar to a sweater I have 2 of!
Too funny the irony there!
BTW - I haven't lost anything lately. Still at 99 down (226). I really restricted my calories last week and hardly was able to eat just a couple bites on Thanksgiving, yet I gained 3 lbs. The next day I took off 2 of them but who knows why I'm retaining so much water. Had to take my ring off.
I'm pretty much hoovering between 226 and 227 right now.

You know I am not even stepping on the scale. I am sure its about 2 pounds heavier but last time I weighed which was about a week ago it said 225 and thats my story and Im sticking to it!
I always go up and down though. I have been AWFUL!!! I ate TWO donughts the other day!!!! TWO! Just gobbled them right up! and felt nothing! no nausea like I usually feel when I am bad! 'sigh' I have been eating everything in sight! NOT GOOD!!!! AAAAHHH!

You are inspiring me to do better
Well today is a new day and so far so good
I could have left out the 1/2 cup of grits this morning
but aside from that I had beef barley soup 1 1/2 cups. and 2 packs of saltines (with my soup) could've left those out since its just crapy carbs! BUT thats not so bad
Oh I also had decaf coffee with 3 creamers. That is just a (I cant do without) thing. Have to have the creamers in the coffee! I have been BAD about my protein though. I ran out of my drinks and only had like a scoop of beneprotein and thats it. SO that is also hindering my loss too. Wednesday is the magical protein day. (pay day!) those days are always magical anymore!
'sigh' stupid holidays! BUT Christmas is my absolute favorite! I am a christmas freak so im stressing about decorations and presents and money and all that fun stuff. hence the eating everything in sight! 'sigh' I am determined to beat this though! I want to loose this week! I lost 3 pounds this month so far if I can loose 4 more this week then I will be tied with last month and feel better! Well I will see how I do when I get home! I need to keep myself occupied
We will get there Dinka!!!! I swear!!!!

heh... model...thats funny.
I was watching the swan last night and thinking MAN I wouldn't even be able to qualify for the swan cuz my body is so BAD! (stretch marks galore and skin) With all the surgery I will need I will look like a mummy afterwards!
ah but its great! I'd rather have all the hangy skin than have it all filled up with fluff!

What a beauty you are, Elizabeth! I don't know about the rest of us here but I am having some of the same problems with eating the right foods; gotta deal with that, not just to make sure I keep losing and keep it off, but we have to be so careful with the health issues. Protein is very important so try to make that your immediate goal -- get back to eating your protein FIRST and make good quality protein choices! You are so right. Protein first and foremost. I haven't had my protein drinks in a week now so I know that is a major problem I am having right now. Today is payday and I'm going first thing after work (maybe at lunch even) to pick up my protein drinks...yeah at lunch.
I know that if I dont have my drinks my body is tired and out of whack and my head hunger and cravings are alot worse. I really binged yesterday and it scared the heck out of me AND I only lost 2 pounds this month!!! eeegads!
So that isn't good. I need to get back on track. I'm slippin!
