How did everyone do today?
Day late and a dollar short, but I'll play anyway. I cooked all morning and afternoon and got so tired (I stayed up all night from work before/got off at 6am) that I was nauseous and couldn't eat much. I ate a few forkfuls of green bean salad, 2 bites of turkey, a few small bites of dressing and pretty much that was it. I just mainly played with my food. I don't feel like I overdid it at all for the whole weekend, yet still after cutting my calories to the nth degree for the days prior (350 one day, 700 the next), I unbelievably gained 3 lbs overnight. I know it's water weight, but I'm still pissed.

I was out of town for the holliday so I am just now responding. I think that I did ok. I baked my own SF deserts to take with me so no temptation for the ones full of sugar. I had about 2 1/2 oz of turkey and ham. A TBS of the mashed potatoes and about 2 TBS of the oyster corn stuffing, and a little bit of salad. That was plenty for me.
