NEW WEEK, NEW COMMITMENT
So, it seems as if many of us are trying to understand the way we're choosing to eat right now...I am committing to all of you right now that TODAY, just TODAY, I will not waiver from making the RIGHT choices: I will eat between 60-80 g. of protein; I will drink AT LEAST 64 oz. of water; I will exercise AT LEAST 45 minutes; and I WILL NOT eat anything that will saboutage my weight loss; AND I will find at least 10 minutes of alone time where that 10 minutes is JUST FOR ME -- I will read, rest, listen to music, light a candle and fantasize about seeing myself do something that I couldn't do 8 months ago. I don't have to worry about tomorrow until tomorrow; but this is my promise to myself and to you today. My eating today: protein shake in a.m.; 1/8 C. cantelope in a.m.; frozen lean cousine (low carb variety) for lunch; small salad with 1/2 C. chili for dinner. Anyone want to join me in making a commitment today? Have a great day. Maureen

Like Dina, I'm almost at the end of my day since I'm on " The Vampire Shift"!! Before I read your post, I had already decided to start keeping track of "intake" by recording liquid, protein and calorie count for a while to see exactly what I'm doing and see if I've been really as bad as I think I have been. Stay tuned.... film at 11!
