Good Bye 300's

Today I say good-bye for good to a long time friend the 300's. I now weight 298. It felt so good to see those scales stop at the 200's and not go to 300.

i know just how u feel i use to be in the 300 , when i got out of them it was so great , wait til u break out of the 200 you will be jumping for joy .... but congrats and keep up the good work and you will feel great doing it
