I've done better yesterday and today.
Just knowing that I said yesterday that I was going to write down what I eat on here for a few days I've done much better . Everytime I want something I think I don't want to have to write that down !! Yesterday I cooked 5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken on the grill and I cooked a pot of chili made out of Morning Star soy meat. ( It taste like ground beef.) So, I've got supper cooked for a week or two , in the freezer. Last night I had 3 oz. of chicken and some steamed broccoli and carrots . Later I ate 1 Tbsp. of Peanut butter and 2 Tbsp Flax seeds. Today : 1 oz. turkey jerkey, 1 oz. string cheese and 1 egg. 2 oz. turkey 1/4 cup cottage.
I saw a woman on Oprah yesterday that has lost over 300 pounds . She said she knows she could gain it all back ,if she doesn't keep eating right and exercising and I know I could gain mine back, too. Pray for me folks !! Judy

Holy cow! You are ambitious! It's all I can do to cut up an apple to take to work with me!!!
I feel the same as you - I could gain it all back if I don't employ some lifelong strategies to keep it off. I know myself too well...it would be easy to just eat the junk I want to eat. So I have to not delude myself and not allow myself to go a day without weighing. I know some people say we shouldn't be a slave to the scale, but if I'm not, I know I will gain. That is my mode. It's easy to fool yourself when you don't have the scale staring you down!

I know what you mean, Dina...I went to the break-out session at the OH Convention about being a slave to the scale. I weigh twice a day...morning and night, but promised I would try once a week...NOT!
Can't do it...I need to know if it is going up or down on a daily basis.
I am having my first problem of gaining right now...and would not have known it had I waited....I am lacking exercise and eating too many carbs...so trying to get back on track quickly.
