DINKA!!
Ok now that was just plain spooky. I just clicked the wls reunion link for here and thought to myself "I wonder how Dinka is doing since we are always the same weight" I was just going to post "this" post to ask you where your weight was right now!
I decided to check out happy girls post real quick to see how others were doing with the binging
and saw your post!!!
I was on my monthly too and was completely stuck at 231 right before the weekend. We are just right on track with each other its just plain spooky!

My monthly friend went away and over the weekend and monday and today I dropped a few pounds! YAY!!! So I am now at 225. Definitely partners in crime with the tacos!!!
I hope the 225 sticks I always go down a few and then gain like 2 of it back. Being the crap that I ate on Sunday it wouldn't surprise me if those 2 snuck back! I hope not though!
I also found out this past weekend that I can get my fat but into a size 18 jeans!!!! waaahooo!!! I was soooo excited I spent a little more than I should have!!! cut my hair and dyed it and did my nails and toes and pampered myself!!! I am trying to use that to keep me motivated so that I dont eat the chips and tacos and such. Although... those darn tacos are wanting to become a dinner staple! I swear its like I went from pumpkin seeds to tacos!!! hahaha
I need to get myself back to the gym! We were moving into a house and that was PLENTY of a workout but now that we are all moved in...I have been reluctant to go back. Need to get back to that tomorrow! I also need to post a new pic! A better before picture that really shows how big I was and my new pic for a better comparison. Great to hear from you!!!

That is just too weird. I'm rounding up to the last day or two of my monthly "fiend" (yes, fiend....definitely not a friend!) and have dropped to 228. I'm hoping to see it drop to 225 by tomorrow...my 8 month anniversary, but I am not holding my breath!
I'm doing very well now avoiding the tacos. I think it was just my week last week for pms and this week I seem to be fine. I have been eating an apple once or twice a day and it really helps keep me satisfied for a long period of time. I also started drinking those low carb yogurt smoothies and they help "water load" better for me than water. Normally I can eat a whole apple, but when I drink one of those, I can only eat half. The calories end up being about the same, but with the smoothie at least I'm getting a little protein in.
You SO need to get a new pic (or pics) up there on your profile! I want to see!!!

Fruit is alot tastier now I noticed! I am getting attached to mandarin oranges... ooo they are so yummy and grapes too! I have to start making my little yogurt smoothies again. I use to use the carb countdown milk (which isnt that good) and the no carb yogurt and mix them together and it actually tasted really good
I have to kill these sweets! Yesterday was not a good day either. hmm... I had chex mix and had some nestles quick again!!! bad me!!! sheesh! I have been alright so far this morning. Just 1/2 cup of cream of wheat and some coffee (decaf) w/splenda. I know I will do well at lunch. I gotta be careful at home though. Have stayed away from the cookies which is good! I was tempted yesterday but didnt give in. I did have that chex mix though. Tonight will be better! I really do have to get the foods for that stillman diet so I can get back to the real basics. I can do that without the diet but it would be nice to be able to drop off almost 10 pounds that 1st week!!! even 5 in one week would be nice!!! I want to loose well this month and next month in time for christmas. My brother is comming up from virginia this christmas as they always do and they havent seen me since I was about 263 I guess I was about. If I can get under 200 pounds that would be sooo awesome!!! Im getting impatient! and just mad at myself! Gotta get to steppin!!!!

I'm still loosing mine
...but the biotin and zinc seem to be slowing it down FINALLY! I just cut it and colored it. It was sooooooo long I think I cut off about 3-4 inches!!! Its shoulder length now

That's a good idea making your own yogurt smoothies. I can get the low carb yogurt cheaper than the smoothies and use the Carb Countdown milk for it. Thanks for the idea!
As for the Nestle's Quik - have you tried the chocolate Carb Countdown milk? I think it tastes better than the real thing....it's so rich! That and you can get this no-carb chocolate syrup I think from Walden Farms. It's so thick and rich it is incredible! AAAAAaaand last but not least, Quik does make a sugar free version if you just like that.
There are always alternatives if you look. I think I've tried them all!
