Hello March Board

Hello Everyone-- I just was looking over the posts and looking at your most recent photos and you all look marvelous! Wow what a difference 7 months makes in this journey. I just came back from the OH convention in Hollywood and had a marvelous time, met some of my support group from the Over 50 Forum and heard some marvelous speakers and attended the Halloween Costume Ball and had a blast. Learned a lot, got a lot of samples from vendors and made a lot of new friends...I highly recommend going to the East Coast one in June at Atlantic City if anyone is so inclined...I am thinking of going to that one too. I am about 15 pounds from goal but still losing slowly at about 2 pounds a month. I am really happy with myself and my life right now, and I talked with lots of people way over a year out that still lose... Anyway just wanted to say hi and say congratulations for all your accomplishments. Sally, You look beautiful! and love the sexy tattoo! I have one on my neck of a dove and a rose Once I get to goal and have my surgery for the skin I am thinking of getting another. I hope you had a blast! I live about 1hr 1/2 away from atlantic city. If that. I really would love to go in June that would be really neat! I have a ways to go yet before I meet my goal but I am getting there I really want to get to one of those conventions! well... Im going to go check out your evil tooth fairy costume! My tatoo wasn't real but airbrushed and I got it the last day of the cruise and wore it home...it was fun though.... I have been wanting to cover a huge age spot on the back of my hand with a flower tatoo, but everyone tells me the skin is so thin there that it will hurt like crazy. Sally

AAH!! Darkness Falls!!! that is great!!! You look awesome! That was a good movie! Glad they didnt have that movie out when I was younger because I know I would've watched it and been scared out of my wits to loose my last tooth!!! I was traumatized by the very first friday the 13th movie. I saw when I was very young and was scared to death to lay flat on my back for like 2 years!!! (the scene where the arrow protrudes through the bed and gets them!) yep traumatized!!! Oh and forget about the part where Jason jumps out of the water!! ooo... this would be a good OT poll!!! oooo I imagine that would hurt like heck! I dont know of very many that would do the hands or the feet...they say that the skin is too flexable and that it could stretch the tattoo and ruin the tattoo. I wanted to have a little cresent moon on my big toe but they said that they wouldn't do it because of that reason. Some days I want to get another tattoo and other days I dont. ;) they are definitely fun but you have to know that its going to be a permanent part of your skin

Thanks Dina--you do too! It was just awe inspiring at the convention to see some of the transformations...what a wonderful surgery this is. I am happy--I am retiring in February and moving to Arizona....and 56 pounds slimmer so I can enjoy it. That was one of my goals.... Sally

Hi and thanks! You know how to attach a picture in e-mail? Just e-mail it to Kricket at OH and they put it up pretty quickly if you don't want to do it yourself. If you don't have a digital picture, maybe someone can scan it for you or snail mail will get the job done too...but yes you need a picture! Sally
