Praise the Lord, I'm losing again !!!!!!

As of yesterday I had only lost 2 pounds in Oct. I had gained and lost the same 2 all month. Well people This morning I had lost 3 pounds since yesterday for a total of 5 pounds in Oct. DRUM roll please ---- 169.50 !!!!!! I have not weighed in the 160's in over 35 years. Ain't God good !!! Y'all have a good day. Judy

Congratulations!!!!! My loss has slowed now averages about 1 pound a week. I feel great! lost 94 now & am just overweight at 184. Wearing size 14's that are loose & not planning on buying anymore clothes until I hit the size 10 mark!!!!! That could be by the first of the new year. To think thats its only 7 months since my surgery and i'm under 200 pounds AND only 34 pounds away from my goal of 150 it boggles the mind! I've not been under 200 in over 41 years!
