I Love You Guys!

Let me start by saying thanks so much for all the support and encouragement over the last few days. I don't think anyone can really understand everything that we go through after surgery and through this journey unless they've been there themselves. And....... I got the job. Woohoo! Tomorrow I negotiate salary, which I hate. Thanks again. A big ol' cyber hug to all of you! Connie ps I've sent in a new picture for my profile, but haven't seen it up yet. I imagine that they are pretty backlogged.

Congratulations If you have a good HR area, it might benefit someone who takes your place if you go and talk to them and file a complaint against your boss. Let them know the kind of remarks she is making. She might need some Harrassement seminars, or update her management skills.
