Honestly...How much more or less do I really weigh???
Hi Guys,
I know for a fact that when us females go through our monthly cycles...we retain more fluids in our bodies...like water and the other nasty red stuff that drives me carzy
!!!!!!! So, my question is: If I weighed myself this morning and the scale showed 160lbs....how much do I really weigh???? Should I subtract my clothing and take in to consideration that I am on my monthly cycle??? I don't know????
I think deep down inside I know the answer...but just wanting some opinions....

I know that the few days before my period I'm ALWAYS up a couple pounds and them boom the first day I get my period I drop those pounds plus one or 2 more. I always try not to weigh myself in my "pms" days. And I always go by the weight the scale says when I get my period. The scale is my best friend during those days!!!
