Tool bar

I can't figure out how to use this "message emoticons" things. . When I put that is what shows up on my message not the little smilely face. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong ? WELL NOW I EVIDENTLY DID IT RIGHT THIS TIME !!!

Are you putting them between these? : xxx: no spaces for clap it is : clap : without the space

Judy, You can either type them. = colon, the letter l, the letter o, the letter l, and another colon. Or you can highlight the the "text" within the menu, then copy and paste them. Personally I do a lot of copy & paste, just to make sure I get the entire thing correct. It'd be nice if OH would make them clickable but alas tis not. Hope this helps! Va

The icons don't work in the subject lines. That may be what is frustrating you! Joy
