I now weigh less than my 20 year old son. I have never weighed less than my normal sized son. For some reason this seems like a big deal to me. I keep running through a list of all the people that I weigh less than. I know it's not nice to make that comparison, but I'm not used to weighing less than the rest of the world. I've always weighed more than every other person I know. Connie

Connie, I told my husband last night that I has a manager's meeting Friday and there were 10 other women there and I have always been the biggest one in the crowd !! Well, now I'm one of the smallest women there !! It feels so GOOD not to be the biggest anymore . I weigh 171 now and I weighed 172 in high school . One time about 35 years ago I lost down to 140 and stayed there about 2 days !! Then right back up to over 200 !! I'm 56 years old , but I feel like a teenager. My sister is a size 6 and has always been little. I don't want to be a size 6, but a 10 would be great . I can wear some size 12's now. Ain't God good !! Have a good day, Judy

I am now the smallest of us 3 girls. I am also smaller than 3 neices that I am close to. One neice and I have gone shopping and traded clothes, the other 2 well short shirts and hip hugger pants that I cannot wear. Today I had a Dr appointment with my GYN. I had not discussed this surgery with him and he was pleastantly surprised when he saw me. I got several hugs. And he was more interested in talking about my surgery and all the good things that will happen to me now. One good thing, no more Depo shots for fibroids!!!!!!That goes away with the weight loss. Now we have to be concerned aout menopause :-:

I always have been the largest out of my two sisters and mother until now.....I actually weigh more than them still but I am in a smaller size than all except for my youngest sister. I haven't seen her or my mother since last Xmas b/c they live in FL. I can't wait till they see me. I can taste the excitement. I finally can share clothes with them and not be the outcast.

Hey you! Isn't it weird how we're all thinking the same things??? I have NEVER weighed less than my husband (he's been between 185 and 190 his entire adult life) and lately I've just lately realized that with a loss of just 20 more pounds, I will weigh less than Jim. That's amazing to me. This whole journey is amazing to me. Last night, I lay in bed on my back feeling my ribs. It was sort of scary! I've never been able to feel my ribs before, isn't that weird???
