First off I want to let you know that I asked God how to go about breaking this Platue. Then all the sudden it came to me that because I was not taking in to many calories that I was exercising more than getting in calories so God directed me to look at my fit day calories verses calories burned so I quit exercising for two days and walla 2 pounds gone. Thank you God I am giving God the Glory for this one. I will start exercising again in three days.... God is soooo good. Sarah T. (Stacey T.)

I'm so happy that you have the scales moving again! PTL! When you start exercisizing again, increase your protein intake! Joy

Sarah, That is great. Dont plateaus stink, they can get so discouraging!! Last month at our WLS support group the dietician was talking about this same thing and how to best break a plateau, she suggested reduce or increase exercise for a few days, reduce or increase calories for a few days, or a little of both. She said our bodies just get use to what we are doing and eating and go into a survival mode. So mixing things up for a few days will definately help. I have used this method both ways and they have jump started me. I dont mind a one week stall but any longer and I find it easy to get obsessed with the scale and down in the dumps. Best wishes. Janelle
