Here is a rundown list of the rate of loss for everyone who so far responded to the poll. You can see we are all over the board, and with exeception of Lucia who started out with more to lose, I'm pulling up the rear, as I suspected....not having even hit the century mark yet. Such is life! Anyway, I thought you all would like to see it broken down like this! Dinka, You and I are really running neck and neck. I think I've done great - so consequently, I also think you have done great! I'm actually kind of happy it slowed down a bit - time for my skin to rebound a bit (ok - I can be in denial, right?) and I don't have to buy new pants every other week anymore. How are you getting the percentage? Sorry been out of the loop for a bit. I have lost 92 pounds and have 13 more to go... Where does that put me at?

Divide the amount you have lost by the amount you want/need to lose. 92 divided by 105 is 87% Va

Joy 3/1 80% weight lost Exercise: Yes, but not as consistently as I would like. Diet: Not a particular program, but I have made changes to emphasize protein. Thanks for doing the survey, Dina! Joy -68 lbs
