Water daily intake
Im with you Virginia... I dont drink that much water plain now.
I dont know why. I could at least tolerate it before but after surgery in the beginning water made my pouch hurt and just made me feel icky. (for lack of a better word) sooo it sorta turned me off water. Even now if I drink plain water it feels weird and nasty in my pouch. Its strange I asked my surgeon about it and he said that they cannot understand it either and that its very common amoung wls patients. SO I add 20 oz of tropicanna light lemonade to 32 oz of water for flavor and wala. I have about 50 oz of liquid
mostly water
I know I need to drink more than that though. and let me tell ya even that is hard to get down! Maybe thats my problem ... hmmm....

YOu should be drinking at leat 64 oz of water a day. Every doc is different on the amount. Since you live in San Diego & most likely
are exercising, the you should drink even more than that. It is a proven fact, that you lose better if you fluch the fat from you system with water
non-carbonated non-caffeine liquid. I should drink more water than I do
but i came from my doc's office today & have lost 110 lbs since 3/15 so
i will keep doing what I am doing for now. I am pretty darn happy with
what I have accomplished so far. My mother lives in San Diego & I plan
to visit there soon. Maybe we canget together when I do visit. I always
like meeting weight loss sugury patients.
