Starting weight or amount to lose: 325 lbs (175 to lose)
Current weight or amount lost: 233 lbs (92 down)
Longest stall: 3 weeks
Amount to lose to get to goal: 83 lbs
Do you exercise? What kind?: I walk about 4-5 days a week for several miles. We walk in the mall and go for 45 mins to an hour.
Do you follow a diet plan like low carb?: I try but am not good about it. I do eat low carb bread, use the low carb milk and cereals, etc, but I'm not anywhere near as strict as when I was on Atkins. Once in a while I will have pizza or a sandwich from Subway or something like that. I try to watch it with carbs, but more than that I am trying to watch the overall calories as it's easier for me right now.
What is the hardest thing about this for you right now?: Well, slower rate of loss than others who started out like me, but other than that, it's the panni. I hate that hanging thing. Looking for some good undergarments that will allow me to look like I don't have a sack of sugar hanging around my waist like a low slung belt!
Would you do this again?: Absolutely - hands down, yes!!!
Is there any things you are surprised you can eat now?: I didn't think I'd be able to eat fruit or things with peels. I have no problems with any fruit at all now....can eat anything regardless of peels. I can also eat bread. Bread is better on me than toast though as toast will wash out of my pouch quicker and cause me to dump!
