Depression - a side effect

I went through some unexplainable emotions about 2 months out but nothing really since then. I've been actually in pretty good spirits since then. I know some do have expectations that everything will change for them, and although I know some things will change (and have), I didn't have those high expectations really. Dina

Jen - so true about everything! Anger is my issue too! Trying to deal with those crazy insane outbursts. I controll them alot better but I'm still not where I want to be with them. And its so not me and out of my character. I am usually the happy hippy type but not lately!!! Joy - My prayers are with you! You hang in there sweetie! tongs of huggs! (((((joy))))) I am really feeling the depression too... Its funny because I was just talking to my husband about my hormones being out of whack due to the surgery and such. We were discussing how I need to cope and all that. Ive tried Lexapro which made me a complete zombie (I was taking it for migranes) so I know that wouldnt work for me. And then I have tried wellbutrin and that didnt go well at all either another zombie effect on me. I havent tried prozac or anything else. Oh I have tried topomax (again for migranes) and MAN that was a great drug... made me feel terrific AND kept my migranes away! BUT then the side effects started... blurry vision for me and numbness in my feet and hands. My eye doctor told me to go off it before it did permanent damage to my eyes!!! its ashame because that was the best. ANYWHO... im rambling now I guess the hunt will continue for me and those happy pills or find some kind of natural alternative which sounds even better to me Best wishes everyone! Elizabeth M
