Checking in....
I haven't been a good girl about checking in here lately so I thought I'd do that while on my break at work - then I have to get...
I hit 7 months out on the 10th and just prior to that hit the 90 lb mark. As of yesterday I hit the 92 lb mark, so I am quite happy that this continued to move past that. I am slow going on losing, so it's good to hear I can keep a somewhat steady pace if I at least try to keep my activity level up. I do walk every day at the mall for a few miles....and I'm actually loving it.
I am down to 233 which is 92 lbs down. I am wearing a comfortable size 18 right now and even fit into some of the "old" 18's that were smaller once upon a time. They fit like 16's do now, and although I didn't try the new 16's on that I have waiting for me, I figure I could probably zip them up about now. Can't wait until that is true!
And I am finally starting to feel thinner. I am finally starting to see it and feel like I might actually get to a point where I will be comfortable in my own saggy skin.
Next stop for me: Plastic Surgery Central. I'll wait awhile but I will be getting some shoring up done. I can't see getting the weight off and living with the sagging and bagging. I want to feel good 100% of the way!
So that's it for me. Hope to be able to hang around a little more here in the coming weeks and months. I missed you guys!

You know its funny, every time you post your weight its always the same as me. I am at 233 also
Just weighed myself actually
Just went up a stupid pound. Been working out too. I loose a few then gain one and hold for a few days then loose then gain then loose... stupid vicious cycle
but as long as it slowly comes off im happy. would be happier if It came off quicker
BUT just the fact that its comming off is good
im there with you about the plastics. Its all I think about... how am I going to afford it... I need to get it done... etc... (not yet of course) gotta finish loosing my excess weight first... once that is done and over with I will finally feel like my mission will be accomplished.

Dinka... just wondering...do you find that you loose weight on the weekends more than weekdays? I am awful that way. Its weird too because I eat healthier on the weekdays so it makes no sense!
anyways I go up and down and up and down.
its very frustrating. By friday evening I ended up weighing 235! now since the weekend has gone by I am down to 231! Now it will creep up again this week im sure. I sure hope it doesnt though! I am really going to be careful and change my eating pattern this week. I definitely need my protein drinks! that always helps me loose more. Its getting more and more frustrating though! I want to be below 200 darnit!!!!
We'll get there though!
