here-have been away-long stories-nothing exciting still playing with a few pounds up one day and down the next- trying to get back on track our house is still on the market and we are waiting for spring to break and ppl to start thinking of moving so that we can! i go today to get my cpap setting lowered-finally went for retitration- will go down from a 10 to a 6--so still needing it- work-ugh i still hate my job....am trying to just hangin til we move-looking at taking some classes so that i can further myself once we ARE moved! sorry i am awol so much-just not really in a chipper 3 year out mood!somehow i just don't feel so connected anymore......
