One year, boy time flies new pics are up

Oh my go**** has been 1 year that I got this hole big ball rolling. Gezzz, I started weighing 320 and now 7 months later I am down 133 pounds and weigh 190, I still have about 50 pounds I would like to lose but heck I am feeling GREAT !!! Someone asked me if I would do this surgery all over again and I told them I would do it over a million times. I have been very lucky not to have had any problems at all. I wish that every person that needs this surgery could get this wonderful tool that has been given to me. Some people think that having this surgery is the easy way out and we have no will-power to lose weight on our own. All I say to that is "how easy is it to dig yourself out of your own grave"? I do feel that without this surgery I would still be sitting on my ass complaning on how bad my back and feet hurt or wanting to stay at home while my family goes out. Now I am the one always on the go wanting to go out all the time and my family is the one getting tired, how funny is that. One thing I am really looking forward to is going to 6 Flags and getting my butt on a rollercoaster without the worry of "will I fit". I think the best part is that I am thinking of the future of all the things I want to do, hell that I can do. My life has really changed I now look at things I eat like, when I go shopping I look at nutrition facts on Everything, if it's not good it's not going in me. When the family gets together I bring my own food or just eat 3 oz of salad, my family is so understanding. One thing I would like to tell people that are thinking of having this surgery or that has had it is, Please make sure you go to support classes they are the only ones beside this website that know what you are going thru and can help. Boy does this website help it has been a lifesave for me, really it has. When you think all hope is gone your feeling like crap all you have to do is log on and like Emeril says, "BAM" you are getting advise from EVERYONE!!! Thanks to everyone that has given me support you are true friends and I love you all .
