At the risk of sounding stupid I have to ask this question
I am 2 pounds away from losing 100 pounds. Is there a literal "Century Club?" or is this just a figurative comment we make to say we have lost 100 pounds?
I only lost 5 pounds in September. I feels like the weight is fighting to stay... I'm really struggling now. I walk/jog 2 to 3 miles at least 5 mornings a week and walk a couple of mile some evenings. If I dont exercise, I dont lose. I know to increase the protein and water but protein still doesnt like me. I dont want to be too skinny. only another 35 pounds or so. and just firm up.
Any secrets to kick starting the weight lose again??? help...

The "Century Club" is figurative. Remember, the only dumb question is the one not asked. As for getting the weight loss to start again, I am right there with you. I walk 40 minutes every morning. It is almost a jog. Pretty intense for me. I am also pretty much getting my protein in. The thing I have noticed though is I ran out of my protein mix and couldn't afford to order it this month and my weight loss has practically stopped. I was losing 15lbs a month and it went to 10lbs and now this is the beginning of the second month without my protein mix and I only lost 5lbs so far. So I am goingto order my protein, I think it is key to my weight loss. I like unjury. If you havent tried it, check it out at unjury.com. It tastes great.

Sarah,
Yes its a figuritive club, but oh what a club to be in. when have you ever lost 100 lbs so quickly & feel good doing it. You have to eat protien
or drink it for you to continue to lose. & drink drink tha****er at least
64 oz a day & somedays even more than that. I up'd my water & wow what a difference. Hang in there!

If you have lost 90+ lbs in 6 months, your body may need a break. Don't panic, your weightloss will naturally slow down, but it won't stop. In this size range, going from 18/20 to 16 is no more than 40 lbs. I would say that it is well within reasonable expectations that you will lose this by your one year anniversary, maybe sooner. You are doing fine!

Well, I've found that exercise at this point is imperative as well. I lost only 8 lbs in August and have already beaten that this month so far losing 10 lbs, with 10 days to go. I attribute that to upping my walking routine which has helped. I don't know how many miles I'm walking each day but I usually go for about an hour at a decent pace.
I also found myself not so much snacking, but eating junk when I was hungry at the last minute. That is my old habit. I will wait until I'm famished and then try to find something to eat quickly, so I will stand at the cupboard and grab a few potato chips or crackers. It is snacking in a way, but not the sit down and munch kind of snacking. Anyway, I have had to make sure I have more prepared food on hand. It helps to have fruit around for me, because 1 apple is pretty much a meal.

It is a great club, but now I have joined the double century club. I have lost 204 as of this morning. Exercise is a good key but I alsohav enot gone back to any old habits. I usually only eat 2 tmies a day with my protein drink inthe morning. Eery so often I may have a small snack like a piece of cheese or something. As long as we are all losing it is great.
