A MOST DELICIOUS BREAKFAST
Come on, guys! Wake up and post! I just had a really yummy concoction - 5 fresh strawberries and about 12 blueberries, mixed together. I poured my vanilla flavored lite & fit (Dannon) yogurt over the fruit and ate it up! Total - 90 calories, and I'm good to go. What's in YOUR pouch this morning??? Love ya, M.
I brought a shake with me to work ... my usual .. cup of crushed ice, 2 cups water, heaping scoop of vanilla protein, 2 small scoops instant decaf, a shot of Davinci SF Kalhua syrup, and a couple of equals. Have nibbled some sunflower seeds on and off. I had a staff meeting that lasted longer than it should have so I 'missed' my planned mid morning snack and it's too close to lunch now.
After taking the weekend off from the gym, I was back at 5 a.m. yesterday and today. I always LOVE my Tuesday/Thursday weight workout. I've got so much energy afterwards.

this morning I had at 6
yogurt with fruit (must be a thing for the morning with maybe 2 T of granola in it. I hate HATE plain yogurt!
had 20oz of coffee when I got to school 7:30
10:30 snack protein bar
11:45 Lunch was some rice noodles with soy sauce and 3oz of tuna over it, I ate all the tuna and a few of the noodles
2:30 snack will be some popcorn
6 dinner don't know it is DH's day to cook!
about 9 I will have another protein bar

I'm all about making things move. I remembered that when I was in Alaska, I was the most regular I've ever been in my life. Every morning for breakfast I had reindeer sausage and coffee and life was good. I shipped home a ton of reindeer sausage and life was good for a while. The great thing about the sausage was that it was very lean and jam packed with protein.
I just got back from Chicago and brought some Barese sausage with me. It's also very lean so I thought I'd try it with a cup of coffee for breakfast. Ahhhhhhh.....
Life is good.
