I JOINED THE CENTURY CLUB TODAY!!!

I made it!!! I hit 100 pounds today!!! I have been on a plateau for a month now and was so discouraged. I am able to eat more now and was beating myself up for not losing this month and then it moved! My husband and I bought me a sapphire and diamond bracelet to celebrate and we are going out to dinner tonight!!! I am so excited! Congratulations!! That is fabulous and I am so happy for you. I am down about 120 and want to go another 80. I am so tickled with my progress and yours too.

Karen S. Congrats!! We all seem to be struggling at 6 months these days. Hang in there. Keep drinking tha****er & keep to mostly protien & drop the carbs & your weight will contiunue to drop. Love ya Marilyn, the bearlady
