Encouraging Words!
To all of those out there please do not be discouraged. Before surgery I weighed at 337lbs now I am at 200lbs. I have lost all toll 137 lbs in 5 and a half months. I am feeling so awesome and I walk on average 4.5 miles a day, I have started on my abs work, ie: crunches and sit-ups. I used to fit into size 58 pants and now I fit into size 40's. I praise the lord for what he has blessed me with. So, I would like to continue to encourage everyone to not give up keep on going. I contribute this to a great spiritual team. My lord and savior Yeshua(Jesus' hebrew name), My dear friend Diane Varlesi, My Rabbi Steve Weiler and Dr. Fobi for bathing me in prayer and never giving up on me. I pray that all of you press on.
Love,
Scotty Gamerow
Absolutely True! God has blessed us with such an abundance of love and blessed us with an incredible gift. It just reminds us all of how much God loves us!!!
I can remember just crying in the car, praying and pleading with God to please release me from my prison, that I felt as though I was not even alive anymore, little did I know that it was all in God's time and that he already had granted my request. We will get to goal all in good time! We are so fortunate
God bless!!!

Thanks Scotty,
Wow, I needed that post. I havent been on in a while, a little depressed.
My weight lose has really slowed down the last month and a half and my family keeps calling expecting to hear Wow I am down another 10 lbs and its more like another 2lbs or 3 lbs. I dont know, but I am not giving up, I feel better than I ever have and I will make it. Just need strength to over come my head hunger.
Thanks again,
Rhen
