Happy Anniversary....
It just dawned on me as I sit here with a major bout of insomnia at one i the morning that it is officially March 1st and I can now celebrate my third anniversary since I became a loser. Things are going well. I have maintained 175 pound weight loss and I have completed my third and final round of PS to remove the extra skin. I recently posted a few pics on my profile mainly for the benefit of my buddies on the plastic surgery forum here if anyone wants to check them out. I wanted to take this opportunity to say hello to everyone here and wish them Happy Anniversary this month as well. I hope things are going well for all of you. Even if anyone has slipped up, remember we can always get back to basics and benefit from the tool we got three years ago this month. Try to stay positive.
The insomnia, by the way, is due to my worrying about a difficult situation my daughter is going through right now with her ex-husband. It just reminds us that life is not always kind but we have to deal with the good and the bad. We have to take whatever life deals us and move on. Best wishes to all of you.

Joann, THANK YOU for the first of what I hope will be a slew of positive, upbeat 3rd anniversary posts! You look wonderful and congrats on finishing up with your reconstructive surgeries. Yes, life will always throw curves and we will always be faced with difficult times but isn't it wonderful to be able to cope honestly and effectively instead of retreating and hiding behind mounds and mounds of unhealthy food and the resulting fat? Really, thank you so much for starting us off on this month of celebration - no matter where we're at, folks, PLEASE follow Joann's lead and post on your anniversary date. Take care, Joann. M.
