6 months down!

I just wanted to say that I am at my six month anniversary and down 100 pounds. I just got back from a family vacation with my kids and husband. We went to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm..I was so proud I could fit on every ride they had...and my kids were just smiles from ear to ear. I just want to thank everyone that has written and supported me. This is the best group of people there is! It sure is nice to know that all of you are only an e-mail away! God bless you all!
