Need your encouragement!
I am going to have my 6 month anniversary Sat 9-18! My goal is to weigh 160..I am at 162 and Have been hovering here for over 3 weeks. I wold appreciate all your support to hit 160 on my date--it would be incredibly reinforcing! I am still going in the right direction either way--but it would be a morale boost!!

If you want to lose weight quickly try this diet. It works great. It is not a long term diet, nor is it good for a lot of weight loss but for a quick 10 pounds try this for 1 week. Just do not cheat one tiny bit.

Hi Terry! you hang in there you can do it! Sometimes (and this is just me and probably not the best advise at all) but anyway...sometimes if I want to drop a pound or 2 quickly I fast a couple meals...meaning I will skip breakfast and lunch. (I still have my protein drink whenever and my water) but skip the breakfast and lunch. I usually really loose when I do that. You are soooo close so I bet you will have no problem and even if you dont make it, really not a big whoop, don't get all discouraged because you WILL get there and you have already come soooo far!
