Need your encouragement!

I am going to have my 6 month anniversary Sat 9-18! My goal is to weigh 160..I am at 162 and Have been hovering here for over 3 weeks. I wold appreciate all your support to hit 160 on my date--it would be incredibly reinforcing! I am still going in the right direction either way--but it would be a morale boost!! 229/162/129 I have lost 67 #'s so far...Terry Ann

Hi Terry: If you want to lose weight quickly try this diet. It works great. It is not a long term diet, nor is it good for a lot of weight loss but for a quick 10 pounds try this for 1 week. Just do not cheat one tiny bit. http://www.lowcarb.org/stillman.html Louise

Hi Terry! you hang in there you can do it! Sometimes (and this is just me and probably not the best advise at all) but anyway...sometimes if I want to drop a pound or 2 quickly I fast a couple meals...meaning I will skip breakfast and lunch. (I still have my protein drink whenever and my water) but skip the breakfast and lunch. I usually really loose when I do that. You are soooo close so I bet you will have no problem and even if you dont make it, really not a big whoop, don't get all discouraged because you WILL get there and you have already come soooo far!
