That is great. I made 6 months on 9/12/04 and I have lost 71lbs. I just filmed for a commercial for my Doctors office and can't wait for it to air. Before the weight loss I never would have wanted to be on a commercial.

Congratulations, I agree 6 mo flew by, I'm down 76 lbs and feel great too. I have so much energy lately, I haven't had time to update my profile, which I really need to do along with an updated pic. Continued success! Wendy

I will be 6 mos tomorrow and yes the time has flewn! I am down 109 lbs. I feel great. THis is the best gift I have ever given myself! Keep up the great work! Cherise
