My 6 mos checkup

Well everyone, I had my 6 mos checkup yesterday. My surgeon, Dr. Hoehn is WONDERFUL!!! He is such a compassionate person and you really feel that the truly cares about you! Enough said....I am down 96 lbs! I can not believe it! I have really been on a plateau, but I guess it is just moving at one lb at a time! The doc's scales were nicer than mine! Never had that happen before...If I could lose another 25 lbs, I think I would be happy! The most importante info I had was that my A1C (for diabetes) is 7.2. It has never been that low....Also my cholesterol is excellent! However, my T4 was low and the doc said we will have to watch that in 3 mos when I go back, I guess that is my thyroid. Has anyone ever had thyroid problems after their surgery? Hope everyone is having a great day!
