ok Marchies... how much now??
Hi everyone,
I started at 229 and today I am 162 and holding. I have been between 161-165 for almost one month! I am happy with the changes and will be thrilled to get below 160. My goal is 129, so I am 33 lbs away! I am much hungrier, and have to make better decisions each day!
I have committed to 3x exercise and I am starting a step aerobic class this Thurs--very exciting! I am still struggling with packing lunch and taking good care of me when I get hungry. I know the lack of self care is a big chunk of how I gained the weight in the first place!
The really exciting news for me is that I weighed 160 when I was 22 and expecting my first baby! I am 2 lbs away from that and it has been 31 years--wow, wow, wow for me! I was 145 when I married and 130 when I graduated from HS so I have some good goals coming up! I am only 5'1, so even at 129 I will be slightly overweight according to the chart--but it will wonderful according to me..thanks for all of your support!

I'm down 79 pounds, weighing in at 153. I've been stuck there for a week or so. But I'm weight training and walking every other day. So I know that I'm regaining some of the muscle mass I lost during my 3 months of inactivity due to complications. I actually have a bicep and the beginnings of quads now!! If only I could develop some gluts to go with them I'd be a happy camper!!
