how much have you lost?
I am at -90 since surgery. I am in a size 16 jeans. I would be happy to stay here or loose 20-30 more lbs. It is still hard for me to even think about it.
I think if I did not need the tummy tuck, I would be in size 12-14. The dr I saw yesterday begged me to wait a total of 3 years before having any tucks done. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total loss: 81 lbs
Goal: 150
Left to lose: 94 lbs
My anniversary is tomorrow and I'm coming off of a stall so I'm hoping I see another one or two gone by the time I weigh in then.
I'm an incredibly slow loser for my starting weight. So far in the last month I have only lost about 8 lbs - 4 lbs shy of the normal 12 I've been doing. I'm hoping my body just sees this as something to catch up on though. :: sigh :: Such is life.

I'm struggling this month -- well I've struggled for that last few months with very slow weight loss. But this is also the first time in my entire life that I have gone 6 straight months of a steadily decreasing weight. I can also proudly say that I now weigh less than I have since I was 18 years old.
Starting: 392
Current: 298
Total loss: 94 lbs
Goal: 150
Left to lose: 148 lbs
My goal weight is purely a shot in the dark since I have never in any memorable time frame weighed less than 200 (the lowest I remember is 221 in 7th grade after losing 40 pounds at a fat camp).
I'm losing slowly these days...but I'm okay with it. I exercise regularly and my endurance and strength increases with every workout. My joints no longer hurt. I can run up and down my stairs many times a day. I can play on the floor with my toddler and get back up without help
. I can my car seat forward and STILL not have my tummy touch. I've lost over 40 inches.
I do have days where I make poor food choices, but not often and I do find it MUCH easier to say no because some foods just no longer make me feel good. I sometimes take a bite of something but then only chew and spit it out...I just wanted the taste lol.
Anyway -- take care and I hope all have a wonderful and successful September!

Geeez, you guys are doing great!! I am the unofficial queen of the slow losers!! I have lost 62 pounds my 6 month mark is coming up...I do admit that I am feeling great though. I exercise, I can get my water in now, sometimes drinking 120 oz a day, I am eating right. The only thing I can think that might be hindering me is that I am diabetic. I got blood work done at 4 months and my cholesterol was normal, my doc even wrote the word EXCELLENT in caps by the numbers. My blood sugar is slowly but surely coming down and I am off all meds except for one. I sure wish the weight would come off faster...I'll take the 62!!
