how much have you lost?

I KNOW...it's bad to compare...but for some reason it makes us feel better to know we're in the same boat as someone else. After seeing so many people joining the century club here lately...I'm curious as to where everyone is. Congratulations to everyone on all of their weightloss. We never would have made it this far without our tool. I've lost 82 lbs so far and 2 days away from my 6 month anniversary. 280/198/150

Dena, I've lost 79 pounds and am now 21 pounds from my personal goal weight. I had my 6 month checkup today and they recommend I stop losing after 12 more pounds. Then wait another YEAR for my tummy tuck!! A YEAR!!! are they kidding!!! Happy thoughts, Va 232/153/130 -79 pounds

I've lost 78 and have 3 pounds to my goal weight. I have been on the diet to end all diets and hope to reach my goal by my 6 month post op date, on Sept. 18th. At that point I will have lost 100% of my excess weight. Louise 5'8" 231/153/150

Wow, Louise! You are doing great! You have been so committed, and it is obviously paying off! You should be very proud of yourself! Are you worried about maintenance? That has always been my downfall--so much harder than losing! You may end up being our maintenance canary! Joy

Hi Joy: I have lost almost this much several times in the past but could never keep it off. Maintenance is scary to me!!!!! I went shopping today - looking for summer clothes to take on a cruise in Oct. - got lots of clearance stuff and size 10 is too large - I am now in an 8. I have never been a single digit girl before. I think I am at maintenance now. I can't imagine being any thinner. Thanks for your support and encouragement. I'll keep you posted about maintenance. Louise

Hi Dena; I am proud to say that it has been 83lbs. I had surgery 3/24/04 and weighed 255 and I am currently 172. Oh and I'm about 5'4. It feels great!!!!!!! My goal weight 134, but I think I will be happy at 145lbs. Let's see what next month will bring.... Keep up the good work!!!! Edna 255/172/???

I have lost 65. However, after a month-long stall, at least the scale is moving again! I have about 20 more to lose. Joy

I started at 312 and im at 224 now so -88. I want to have lost 100 by oct 4(hubbys birthday) but not sure if i can make it or not.

My 6 month anniversary date is tomorrow and as of this AM I am -105. I'm not losing as fast as I use to. I am still 17lbs from goal, but I also wouldn't be to upset if I didn't lost another pound - size 10 is awesome. Edie 262/157/140goal.
