Weigh the least I've weighed in over 30 years !!

This morning I weighed 179.50 !! I've not weighed in the 170's in over 30 years !! I am wearing 16's and I bought some 14 blue jeans Sat. I hope I will be 150 by Christmas !! Just wanted to brag on myself a little !! Y'all have a good day. Judy

Judy, How wonderful!!!!!!!! You must be on cloud nine. I now that when I started lossing my weight I thought well I have lost this much before...hope that this work better than any time before. It wasn't until I got lower than I had been in 7 years or better that it became real to me. The excitement I felt can never be explained in words. Congratulations Judy!! Isn't it a WONDERFUL feeling?! I haven't weighed my current weight since the 1980's....it feels strange and GLORIOUS at the same time!!!

Oooh, I'm so excited for you. I'm so excited for ME, too. I just got on the scale and weighed 181.5. I am so close to those 170's that I can taste it (no pun intended). Hopefully next weekend, as I only let myself weigh once a week. I haven't weighed that in twenty years. To think that we will also soon kiss the 170's goodbye. It's really hard to believe that not only will we get down there, we will STAY down there. Gano
