Checking in. Down 79 lbs

Hi everyone, I haven't been here in ages. I miss it. I'm down 79 lbs and wearing a 16! My Large pants are now baggy. I can't believe I'm going to have to buy Medium! I walk 3 miles 5 days a week and do Winzor Pilates 4 times a week (I actually look forward to my Pilates). Going to my surgeon for a check up tomorrow. I may have a hyneria?? How is everyone? I'll read through the posts. My next goal is to see the doctor scale go below 150! Blessing to all, Robin 247/168/130

Hey Robin!! Glad to see you back here! I'm down 76 pounds and wearing a baggy 16 pants and Large/Medium Shirts. I need to buy some new pants but I'm trying to hold of so I can buy some 12's and just skip the 14's all together. My DH made a comment the other day while hanging up my shirts, "are these kids clothes?" Made my day! I have outweighed him by at least 20 pounds our entire married life. Now he outweighs ME by 40 pounds! Amazing! It's been tough though! I still dump very easily...TAZ! seems to have motion sickness...he dumps on a rough ride!! Carbs are still not my friend, I'm guessing at this point they never will be. Meats, nuts, dairy my major source of food intake. Unjury is still the only protein powder I can tolerate. I'm currently at 156 my next goal is to be NORMAL instead of overweight which will put me at 140. A tummy tuck is definitely in my future, I have WAY too much skin left over!! Plus that hanging skin makes my hips ache. Take Care! Happy thoughts, Va 232/156/130 -76 pounds

Hi Virginia, Looks like I'll need skin removed too. My arms are the worst. Well tummy is bad but always has been since I've had so many children so I'm used to it. My arms are big enough to keep me in XL shirts. I guess we can compare notes when we start talking to plastic surgeons. The boobs are way south too! Maybe they have a whole body special. . Officially no longer obese just overweight. But not for long! Take care, Robin
