Is there any kind of test strip you can use to check if you are losing fat....from your unrine??? If so what kind and where do you get them??

You may be thinking of Ketostix. They measure ketones in your urine. Some low carb diets use this as a marker to show that your metobolism is burning fat instead of sugar for energy. They are available in any drug store. Joy -62 lbs
