I couldn't have put it better myself... I agree with the following!!! 1. PLATEAU!! 2. More food cravings! (grrr so hungry!) 3. More food testing 4. Loosing some inches! 5. Stomach pain (getting checked out) 6. Dizziness 7. Being too leinient with my food choices Bad bad bad I know!!!! 8. Have lost 60 pounds so far (give or take a couple) I have actually gone up in weight..... 9. Pampering myself more 10. Feel lots better and can do so much more! Vanessa 241/187 was at 185???/140

1. Moving around a lot more. (lots of biking) 2. Occasional food cravings and a few poor choices. 3. Tried many new foods over the last few weeks. 4. Down 103 lbs as of today. 5. Blood pressure dizziness (altered meds to fix the problem) 6. I feel better in general most of the time. 7. I'm actually getting sick of the well-meaning comments from co-workers. Enough is enough already! Yes I've lost a lot of weight; get over it! Good luck all, Darryl

After starting at 478 on March 22, I'm now down to 318. I'm still not hungry, at all. I eat only because I MUST eat. My surgeon still has me on 2 ounces per meal. Well nourished (montly blood work). Waist-line is finally zooming down. That seemed to be the last part for me. I see the 'real' me emerging, now. I'm shopping for clothes in normal stores. Still at 2X, but it's better than the 5, 6 and beyond X that I used to have. I'm stunned at how cheap things are compared to the Big and Tall stores. I bought a pair of shorts and a shirt for $10 combined. That would have been at least $40 before. Sticking strictly to food plan. I had a very rare genetic reaction to anaesthetic that could have killed me (first surgery). I'm a fanatic about obeying every line on the plan. I walk. A lot. For someone that couldn't walk 50 yards five months ago, I now take my dogs on 4 mile walks. Feeling fantastic and being much more social. I've been out on casual dates with three women in the last few weeks. EC

I am finally feeling successful...I reached 50 lbs lost, feel and look great....have had people not recognize me, get complimented daily, weigh less than my bf now, thank goodness and can wear 10/12 clothes. I am eating enough now to not look different in a crowd, but staying true to my needs....I feel normal and ALMOST normal in weight...about 20 more pounds but have stopped obsessing about reaching goal...I know I will and that is what is important now. The plus side: -Feeling better, physically and emotionally -Smaller clothes, ones that I can buy because I like them and they FIT -Weight loss of 110 lbs -I can actually run! ( I walk/run 2-3 miles each day) -I like myself -Sex is much more enjoyable and rewarding The negative side: -Able to eat more; quanity and choices, overall I think I am making good choices, but I can test more without consequences. -More cravings; Oh I want them to go away!!! -I can get down on myself easily for messing up on bad choices. The most frustrating thing: PLATEAUS!!!!!!! Why do they have to come around and last so long??
