A friend of mine made this and i loved it, and it is very healthy. Cabbage Patch Brown 1 lb of Italian Sausage 1 green pepper diced 1 onion diced Add pepper and onion to the browned meat. Don't drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 1 head of cabbage chop up raw cabbage, in to small pieces, but not as small as you would for coleslaw. Boil and drain Mozz. Chez Take a glass cake pan, layer some cooked cabbage on the bottom. sprinkle some Mozz. chez. on that. Put all the meat on top of the cabbage, now more chez on top of that. Put the rest of the cabbage on top of the meat. Sprinkle more chez. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for an hour or so. Half way throu the baking, stir the stuff up, to mix the juices in, and the chez too. I know i suck at telling recipes, but i think you get the idea.
