HEY all you Marchers!!! Whos here on these boards now adays??? Everyone is MIA! Just wanted to know whos around still and how you are doing in your weight loss progress since March Its time to check in I myself am on a nasty plateau, started an exercise program that I am starting to really be addicted to! (finally!) and having slow weight loss issues! Been quite dizzy lately and some monthly female issues. I will work through all this though. Its nothing major. I will just keep on exercising and boost the protein and water Well hope to hear from all of you It will be nice to see how everyone is lately and what they've been up to. ((((((((MARCHERS)))))))) Elizabeth M 334/258 grrr!/128 (maybe one day!)

Hey Eilzabeth, I'm here ! I check this board several times a day . I keep hoping to hear from Rob. My weight loss has really slowed down. I weighed 244 before surgery and then gained up to 255 while in the hospital. I lost the most in the first 2 months. In June I lost 9 pounds and in July I lost 8 pounds. So far this month I have lost 2. I started to a gym on Monday Aug. 2nd. I'm hoping this will help. This morning I weighed 185.50 ! This is the least I have weighted in over 15 years. For 35 years I have been anywhere form 175 to 263. In high school I was usually around 150 to 175. I've lost lots of weight over the years and I do pray that I will do what I'm supposed to do this time and stay with this program !! Have a great day ! Judy

I am still around - but less a-round these days!! I read the boards every day, but I dont really post on here too much because if I have a comlaint, I feel like nobody wants to hear my whining, and if I have a celebration I feel like I am bragging too much - (hey my century mark was celebrated enough!) -Sherrie

I am here too and do a lot of lurking. I have lost 80 lbs but I think I am on a plateau too. I am not too worried about it as I have a minor medical issue that keeps me from exercising. The recliner is my best friend at night as I have to get off my feet and butt. As I am so so much better than what I was 5 months ago I cannot complain. I am off my diabetes medications that I had just started before surgery and I have cut my blood pressure medications in half and completely off one. My biggest complaint is clothes to wear. Thank goodness for friends giving me clothes they can no longer wear.

Hello Everyone! However I read along every day, I admittedly don't post much! Mainly for the same reason the last lady said; comparison is a killer whichever way you look at it! I've had very little complication other than food and "rear" issues, so haven't had much to question. This is my FAVORITE spot though, as everyone seems to be on the exact same page as me. I'm right with you in the "female issues" department, as I've read that a lot of us 20-30 somethings are. For the past month, I plateau every other week, then drop 5 or so more the next week, then plateau again. Currently, my food addictions (better known as things I can actually keep down!) are Wendy's side salad, Wendy's chili, deli turkey chunks, fresh cottage cheese and Tropicana GroveStand OJ (LOTS of pulp). Not doing so hot counting my protien, but I eat and drink nothing but things that contain good amounts and I feel great for the most part, so I'm sure I'm doing alright! I'm on a pre-natal, iron sup, two Tums and a weekly squirt of sublingual b-12. Working full time, keepin' my Sailor hubby in check, raisin' two red-heads and gettin' on with life. Hope to hear that everyone else is keepin' on keepin' on as well! Thanks for the inquiry! Kim 301/194/170

I'm here! I tried to read every day but rarely post anymore just because I am spread so thin I don't have time for all my groups. I find myself avoiding posting on the board because I always have an all or nothing mentality. If I respond to one post, I have to respond to them all lest someone get their feelings hurt over me not responding to them. I know - it's my problem....not yours! It stems from my own neurosis, that's for sure! I have a few things to post about so I will start a couple of threads. I'm not good at starting things, so bear with me! LOL! Dina

I am still here. I usually check the board at least once a day. I started at 242 pounds and am down 85 pounds. I don't get in enough protein, but I can't gag any of the drinks down. Usually just drink water. Have been exercising but not walking like I should. Don't post very often just lurking as always. (((((Hugs))))) Renee' 242/157/120 (I wish)

I'm here. I mainly post on the over fifty forum, but I still feel an affinity with my fellow Marchers. I have done well. I don't get sick at all. I have lost a total of 70 pounds and have 11 more to my goal of 150. I exercise some and feel great. In addition to the 70 pound loss I feel like I lost 20 years. I feel so much younger and stronger. My arthritis is no longer a problem. I am so happy I had this surgery that I feel like every day is my birthday. Louise 231/161/150

I am still here, Elizabeth, moving slowly along too. I feel great, I am told by all my fellow workers I look great and they don't even think I should lose any more...but I am at 22 pounds from my goal to be in a normal BMI range. I don't care how long it takes though...life is good now...I am happy with the surgery, have had a really easy time... I post mostly on the over 50 forum since I am 63 and have more in common over there...but I still lurk about with my Marchers. Sally
