Alright!!!

well, i am alittle over 4 months out and i was supose to stay off the scales cause i have been at 300 for a few weeks. i got on them friday and i finnaly broke it!! i weighted 297! i have not been in the 200's in over 7 years. i feel so blessed and great! thanks just wanted to share! xoxox angel

oops i forgot...i started at 425 and now 297, in alittle over 4 months. so the total of 128 pounds gone forever!!!! xoxox angel
