another day!
Well I did it again!
I made it too the gym by 5:30 and did my thing and was at school by 7:00.
Mr. Mom and the kids are having a great time. My 6 year old made a card for Daddy thanking him for a great breakfast and ride to school@@...where is MY thanks???? HA HA HA
I have worked out and watched my eating which is a whole lot easier when I am sweating off calories to not midlessly dump them in!
Breakfast was a shake 17g.
snack protein bar 15g
lunch tuna 3oz 19g
6 crackers
snack protein bar 15g.
dinner??? it is DH's job to cook tonight so no telling!

so it is warmer!!!
