Hello, I started my new life journey on march 30 2004. Its 4 months now and I've lost 71 pounds. Only 5 more to go to be below the 200 mark. Wearing sizes I've only dreamed of. Able to sit in boothes & have space, climb stairs without holding on to railing AND still breath AND talk! Reading everyones messages about how much they are able to eat. I wish I'd seen this 2 weeks ago! Ive been stressing about the amount that I'm able to eat. one egg, slice of cheese and 1/4 cup fruit for breakfast, banana for snack, 2oz chicken lunch, slice of cheese for snack then dinner is 2 oz of hamburg, 1/2 baked potato & 1 slize of cheese. If i want a snack at night its usally glass of milk or 1/2 cup frzen yogurt. I thought it was alot. I'm losing 2 to 3 pounds a week ad like everyone else I've got energy and am walking, joined agym and go 3 to4 times a week AND started a belly dancing class! I feel wonderful and if I never lost another pound I'd still be thrilled wth the results. But I want to be successful! I want to be that dream size! I want to prove to all the nay sayers that they were wrong! I just checked my BMI, at surgery date it was 43.2 and morbidlyobese NOW I'm at 31.2 and Im just obese! One of these days I'l be just over weightthen NORMAL oooooo won't that be a treat! good luck and god bless all

Pamela, You are doing Great!!! I had my surg. March 8th and like you I am soooo pleased with my results. Sometimes it is hard for me to see myself any smaller because this is where I started when I got married, but like you I am setting my sites on that perfect size, mine would be a 10 or 8 if I am lucky. Good luck and keep up the good work. Rhen

I had surgery March 29th, and to date have lost 86-1/2 lbs. However, the last couple of weeks I am feeling really tired, and weak. Was sopose to go to DR last week but the called and cancelled. I'm going to try to get into my reg MD tomorrow and get some blood work done. They do it right there in the office. I take a one a day multi vitamin but am afraid that I'm not getting enough of the vitamins I need. I still do not eat much in a days time. I just eat 3 meals a day. Anyone else having these problems?? Congrats to everyone on their weight loss! Sounds like everyone is doing great on that part.

Hello Pamela! I'm so happy for you. I had my surgery March 8th and I have lost 84 pounds. I feel GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT! I went from wearing a size 26 to a 16 right now. I have 5 more pounds to lose to pass the 200 # mark. Best of luck on your journey. Jennifer
